Tom the one not on a stand doesnt have a hole in the base of it so is intact pretty pattern me thinks.

Hi Colin, You mention one without a stand. Does this one have the hole drilled or is it intact.?

Has anyone any ideas what this bowl is . I can't find it on any website or in any book?.

It is called "Intaglio Mums". Maker not yet determined. We do mention and describe it in "A Century of Carnival Glass" but no image.
It is not found too often, and is almost certainly European (possibly English).
